Terms & Conditions – MrDentz LLC

By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

         Estimates and Repairs

- All estimates are based on visible damage at the time of inspection.

- Additional damage may be discovered during repair and may require a supplement.

- Final repair cost may differ from the initial estimate under terms and conditions.

         Insurance Claims

- Customers are responsible for initiating their insurance claim unless otherwise agreed.

- MrDentz works with all major insurance companies but is not affiliated with or “approved” by any specific insurer.

- Customers are responsible for their deductible as required by their insurance policy.

- Repairs performed under a hail damage claim cover only the hail-related damage documented on the insurance estimate or agreed-upon work order. Pre-existing door dings, dents, creases, or other non-hail damage are not included in hail repair work unless specifically identified, discussed, and approved in writing prior to the start of repairs.

Any additional dent or PDR work outside the scope of the hail claim will be quoted separately and require customer authorization before work begins. MrDentz is not responsible for repairing damage not listed on the approved estimate.

By authorizing hail repair, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this scope of work. 

          Rental Vehicles / Loss of Use

Rental vehicle coverage is determined solely by the customer’s insurance policy. MrDentz does not provide rental vehicles and does not guarantee rental coverage.

If your policy includes rental reimbursement, coverage limits (daily rate and total duration) are set by your insurance company. Customers are responsible for any rental costs not covered by their policy, including delays caused by insurance approvals, supplements, parts availability, or extended repair time.

If your policy does not include rental coverage, you are responsible for all rental or alternative transportation costs.

MrDentz is not responsible for rental-related expenses or reimbursement decisions made by insurance carriers.

         Supplements

- If additional damage is found, MrDentz will submit a supplement to the insurance company.

- Repair timelines may be extended pending insurance approval.

         Payment Terms

- Payment is due upon completion of repairs unless prior arrangements are made.

- Insurance payments issued to the customer are expected to be used for the agreed repairs.

         Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Limitations

- PDR is a non-invasive repair method and does not include repainting.

- Results depend on factors such as dent size, location, metal type, and prior repairs.

- Some damage may not be repairable to pre-loss condition without conventional bodywork.

         Customer Responsibility

- Customers must disclose prior damage, repainting, or known issues.

- Vehicles with prior repairs or compromised paint may carry additional risk.

         Storage and Abandoned Vehicles

- Vehicles left beyond agreed pickup time may be subject to storage fees.

- Abandoned vehicles may be handled in accordance with Texas law.

         Liability

- MrDentz is not responsible for:

- Pre-existing damage

- Failure of previously repaired or repainted panels

- Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to dent repair

         Communication Consent

- By providing your contact information, you consent to receive calls, texts, and emails related to your repair and service.

         Warranty

- Warranty terms (if any) will be discussed at the time of service and may vary based on repair type.

         Changes to Terms

- MrDentz reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
