Every dent we repair at MrDentz – Hail and Dent is backed by our written Limited Lifetime Paintless Dent Repair Workmanship Warranty — for as long as you own your vehicle. If a dent we repaired comes back because of our workmanship, we fix it. Free.

For as long as the original customer owns the vehicle, MrDentz warrants that every dent we repair with Paintless Dent Repair — as documented on your final repair order — will not return or become visible again due to defective workmanship.

If a covered repair fails because of our work, we re-perform or correct it at no labor charge. Simple as that.

Our owner spent years as a Texas all-lines insurance adjuster before opening MrDentz. His advice applies to any shop, including ours: always get the warranty in writing. If a shop won't put it on paper, that tells you something.

You leave MrDentz with the signed warranty, the repair authorization, the repair order, and photo documentation — records that also help you at trade-in or resale.

If your repair was paid through a hail insurance claim and additional hail damage from that storm turns up afterward — a missed dent, a panel that needs more work, parts discovered during reassembly — that's handled through a supplement to your original claim. You don't fight the insurance company; we do. MrDentz documents the additional damage, submits the supplement to your carrier, and handles it through their process.

As a past Texas all-lines adjuster, our owner speaks their language and knows what a supplement needs to get approved. (Note: supplements cover additional hail damage from your covered loss. Anything related to our workmanship is covered under our warranty — that's on us, not your insurance.)

We'll inspect it, compare it against your repair documentation, and take care of anything covered. One ask: let us look at it before another shop touches the area.
